Only you can answer the question of whether that will increase your flaccid size. Some think that there are benefits to ‘holding’ your penis at a larger size after your exercises, either by ‘training’ it to stay at that larger size, or by keeping it at a larger size as it’s healing after your exercises. If it works for you, great! If it doesn’t, well, at least do it in a way that does not cause you damage. Make sure that you continue to have good circulation while you’re wearing the o ring. Consider taking the o ring off from time to time to help keep fresh blood circulating. Consider using a wider band than an o ring to avoid localized tissue damage. Finally, do not fall asleep wearing the o ring.
