OK, so I overtrained...
So I started up a couple weeks ago with stretching and jelqing. I spent about an hour a day tugging on my weiner for 5 days on/2 off. Well, I measured today and it’s actually smaller than when I started by about 1/2 inch (EL).
My thoughts: I gave my meat pole a little too much strain.
What I’m wondering is: how long can I expect it to stay that way? (I’m sure as hell hoping it’ll naturally get back to it’s original size at least!) And, should I stop alltogether until it does come back, or should I continue with a toned-down workout?
