I started about 1 month ago with manual streching ( V Streches ) and my own girth exercice because I have some difficulties understanding all them exercices.

( With my left hand, while havin a semi-erection, I grab it at the base and with my right hand just behind the head)

Anyway sometimes my dick hurts a bit while having sex, being oversensitive, even a blowjob isn´t that great no more.

But the main problem is that I lost a lot of my sexual desire, I still can have sex with my girlfriend so many times I want and I still can last so long I want to, but I ain´t got the same feeling as before.

Be careful.Maybe you are overdoing it.

It’s probably a combination of the shock that exercises have had on your penis and a psychological worry about it. You have to remember your penis doesn’t know what the hell you’re doing to it - and you’ve only just learnt about these techniques yourself. So things may still seem a little strange.

So long as you’re still getting hard, and there isn’t a serious reduction in sensitivity, just keep on going as you are and forget your worries. If things don’t return after, say, another month then perhaps a reduction in the intensity of your routine is needed.

The girth exercise you described sound just like a horse squeeze, which is an intense move only recommended for well trained and conditioned cocks. If you are going at these really hard this early in your program, chances are this is the source of your trouble. Please be careful.

If you are getting girth gains and want to continue, you may have to put up with these side effects until you get where you want to be. After you quit putting so much intense pressure on your dick, things should return to normal.
