I usuall do some sort of PE’ing, stretching, jelqing, hanging, pumping etc … . . Each day. But I only do them very strict, strenuously a couple days a week, and with a very hectic schedule, I do have at least 2 days off. But an extra workout will not hurt you either; cause, you may not have the time to PE for 3, 4 , 5 days at times, because of your schedule.
But if you want a regular schedule; PE for 3 on 2 off etc … . . I feel that after 3 days of PEing, my cock is very sore and worn out … . . You have to get the feeling about this. If you feel good, continue with the work out, but you will get to the time where you have to take the time off for other reasons, and you will not feel guilty about taking the time off.
But , pull on it every day and jelq alittle while shitting, pissing etc … … Every littl bit helps !
