(On a Break) How to Know You Should Start PE'ing Again

I am curious guys. My biggest reason for stopping PE was sex drive, erection strength, flaccid size, and the discoloration that I have all over the midshaft area of my wood. I am going to gradually get back into basic dry jelqing at 50-70% erection, but I am not sure when I should.

I want to pay close attention this time around to my PI’s (physiological indicators).

THat’s a tough one, WBH. I mean what are your PI’s telling you now. You have good erections now? Coloring better? Sex Drive back? I would think these things would need to be back in place for a bit before I would get back into it. But that’s just my opinion.

My PI’s now are getting better. My erections are harder than ever, and my sex drive is gradually coming back to what it once was. Honestly I feel larger than when I was PE’ing all the time. I am wondering how to get back into PE without losing this “large” feeling, both hard and soft.

You’ve probably just been overtraining, WBH.

Take it easy when you start again, maybe adjust your intensity/frequency downwards, and we’ll soon be calling you plain “H” :D

Thanks for the feedback GM. I appreciate it. I think that I have been overtraining too. I might give a few more days until I start to get morning wood again. And then get back into PE. I am thinking maybe some light dry jelqing, maybe just starting with 5-10 minutes. After a hot wrap, of course.

Sounds like to me you are PE’ing at to high of an erection level. The same thing happened to me, when working at high erection levels. It gets discolored and sore all the time. I think it’s that the veins get strained and they ache.

Once I got the erection level right, the opposite happened. Morning wood is so hard it wakes me up. I get hard on’s throughout the day feels like puberty all over again.

I’ve been doing bends and this forces you to use a very low erection. Read this thread if you havent already.
