Going to start pumping
Well this is my first post to this forum and I want to say hi to everyone. I have been doing PE
now for about 2 1/2 months and have seen good results. I did not take starting measurements but I
remember measuring once before nbp and it was like 6.5 erect never measured for girth… duh! But
anyway I’m now at 8x6 bp erect and with a flaccid hang of 5.5. I will say I have grown a bit in the last
two months and say I helped it back to a health state. I did not stick to any one routine but I did
start right off with uli squeezes with my jelqing. I progressed in intensity as the weeks went on,
5 on 2 off for the most part and sometimes 3 days off but not many. I have more skin, more veins,
and just a better looking guy down there :) I’m 44 years old and I wish I knew about this when I
was 20… but anyways this is what I want to do for long term PE.
I just purchased the deluxe pump with psi gauge from LA Pump Distributing for $139. I have never pumped before
but reading this fine forum I have a basic understanding of what not to do… high pressure! I want
to max my girth so here is what I’m going to try…..
1. 10 minute warm up
2. 5 uli squeezes with both hand, one at base and the other just below the head for a count of 20
each then 25 jelqs. I will do 3 sets of these for a total of 15 uli squeezes and 75 jelqs
3. Pump in the tube for 15 minutes increasing pressure slowly up 4 psi or is this to much to start with?
4. Repeat number 2
5 10 warm down.
I want to work up slowly incorporating the pump. I feel that the pump, when used right, will have a very
positive effect for my efforts at PE. What do you guys think… to much for me at 2 1/2 months or not enough?
I’m very rarely sore after PE but I do get the swollen effect the next day and it will stay that way till my
next session. But I will experience the red dots and I know not to worry bout them just monitor them.
