One plateau busted!!

Well, its not official yet, but I have made gains past what I called my first plateau. When I got to 6.25 BPEL my gains stopped, and I actually lost some gains. I attribute this to a lack of discipline with the basics of PE, the jelq and stretch. I was jelqing, but I wasn’t jelqing properly and not enough of it, I was experimenting with different exercises, and I tried pumping. All of these different things that I was trying seemed to work temporarily, but the overall affect was a loss of gains, an overworked penis and a very depressing time for me.

I now measure 6.5” bpel consistently (for nearly a week) and I measure 7.0” fsbpl which is a mesurement that I beleive is a really good indicator of eminent gains in BPEL.

It was Wadzilla who gave me a new attitude toward PE, with his questioning of whether or not the intensity of a routine is actually detremental to the overall goal. While reading his posts, I started to look at my own routine, or actually a lack of a routine. My PE was very erradic, and wasn’t getting results.

So I just started with what I know worked for me, I started at the beginning, I did nothing but stretches and jelqs. I found that my glans is much less sensitive to the streching now, and I can hold a tighter grip and with the “wedge” technique I can hold the stretch for a long time without getting tired.

With the jelging I found myself lacking in concentration, I wasn’t doing the slow steady jelqs like I did in the beginning. Now I jelq very consistently, and I have noticed that I get a better “pump” without any blood from the urethra.

I am sticking to the basics for a while and am going to be very consistent with my routine.

So what was the reason for hindering your gains?

Were you OVERdoing it or were you doing not enough?


My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL

Congratulations on your plateau busting! The main thing is you are listening to your body and learning what works best for you. One thing for sure though, consistency is the name of the game.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’d say that I was overdoing the experimentation, and not doing enough of the basics. The “extreme” exercises and the pumping should have only been tried after I had done my normal basic jelq/stretch routine, not in place of it.

Way to go man!

And remember, when the next plateau arrives, don’t just automatically ramp things up - take a break. Come back with a little less workload, then slowly coast up to a little higher than before (sort of like “cycling” your workouts). This should keep things moving for a while.

Thanks for all the support guys, even though my wife knows about me PEing, I get almost zero support from her.

You know what it felt like when I started getting more gains?

It felt like when I first started PE, my unit felt bigger in my hand, and for the first time in months it actually looked bigger to my eyes.

Now if I can just loose some weight I might make it to 7.0” bpel by christmas. Hey, it could happen. :D

The weight lost really helps I lost about 15-20 pounds in the last 6 months and it make a real difference in the size your dick looks
