makavelia… this is only my opinion, as I am cut: cut penis look smaller (because there is a lack of skin that normally covers the glans and gives the visual impact of a longer tunica) when they are flaccid, and look exactly the same as the uncut, when erect.

Natural (uncircumcised) = looks bigger. Flaccid and erect (if foreskin can still cover the glans).
