One Year PE Anniversery - wisdom given and needed
Greetings, all. I’m not a frequent poster, but I felt like I had a few things to say, and a few more to ask.
I just had my 1 year PE anniversery on September the 15th. I remember coming across Thunder’s last year in September and reading for a while, and it was the 15th when I first decided to start a routine. Now, a year later, I’ve been blessed with results. Despite this fact, I still feel like a newbie, but I have a few pearls of wisdom to share with the other newbies out there. These pearls are nothing new. In fact, they’re confirmation of what we’ve all heard a million times. Let me step you through what I’ve done in a year:
KEEP YOUR DICK WARM. It’s soooooooo important. The best analogy I’ve come across, and I don’t remember where I heard it, compares your dick to a piece of steak in the oven. After cooking it for a while, those sinewy bits become more elastic and easier to stretch. I started out using a towel that I soaked in hot water, but that cooled off way to fast. Then I used a small space heater at a comfortable distance, which worked fine for a while, but you’ll give yourself heat stroke in the summer. Now I fill a ziplok bag with hot water, and wrap it around everything. Make sure heat gets to the base of your dick, because that’s where the ligaments you want to stretch are.
I can tell this post is going to be pretty long-winded. Sorry.
BE PATIENT. I didn’t see results for several months. We’ve all said it a million times, yet you still have guys getting frustrated after just a couple weeks. Keep your cool, and stick with it. When my newbie gains started coming, they came with a vengeance. Relish it.
SIMPLICITY. I’ve used the same simple routine since the very start. heat, stretch, heat, stretch, heat, jelq. While the heat is on, take some time to do kegels. This wears out the PC so you can stretch more effectively. Maintain control of your PC at all times. That’s very important. I do very simple JAI stretches. Just grab your dick, and stretch it straight down, relax the PC muscle, and feel the tug on those ligs. Hold it for a few seconds, release for a few seconds, stretch again, release, ad nauseum. I don’t think I’ve ever held a stretch for longer than 7 or 8 seconds. Change up the angles a little during your routine. If you feel like the angle you’re stretching at is not effective, go left, right, up, or down. Keep it below your LOT though. That’s important too. Each stretch session is about 15 minutes. The jelqs are normal dry jelqs at about 75%. I do those for at least 20 minutes, and sometimes up to 45 minutes if I find a particularly compelling porno. Finish yourself off at the end as a reward. I’ve noticed no detrimental effects from cumming at the end.
Now, a question or two for some of the veterans. I believe I have reached the end of easy lig gains. I believe if I continued to stretch, I might get minuscule gains at best, so I have switched my routine to jelqing only as of September. People have said that if you stop stretching for a long time, you can start again and get those lig gains a second time. This sounds like wishful thinking to me, but wishes can come true. Has anyone out there experienced a second round of lig gains after a long layoff? If so, how long to you suggest to wait?
Also, what are some suggestions for maximizing length with a jelqing only routine? I know I should jelq around 50%-60%, but are there any special little tricks any of you guys use to keep the length coming?
Finally, this long post is coming to an end. I know some of you will want to know, so here it is:
September 2003: 6.5 bpel, 5.5 eg
September 2004: 7.875 bpel, 5.688 eg
Goal: 8.5 bpel, as much girth as possible
I think it will be easy to reach this goal. I’m already most of the way there. I’ll probably post a picture of myself jumping for joy when that happens :) Until then, I’ll probably just continue to lurk around.
