I started Obends two weeks ago and have had a good enough gain, from 15.7 to 16 centimeters girth.
I do it every other day, sometimes two days in a row, 30 second bends in all 4 directions on the base, middle, and under the head. I recommend it, I’d like others to try it too and/or write here how it went/ is going for them.

I have a lot of faith in this exercise, although I’m concerned about its short duration.

I’m a newbie only been at it for 7 weeks, tried O- Bends a couple weeks ago and had some serious pain afterwords. Just sharing this so that newbies know that you need to be conditioned before giving this one a try. Probably need at least a few months under your belt and should start very slow. Can’t wait to get better conditioned and add this to routine - I’ve gained good length (1/2 inch) but only .05 girth and I really need the girth.

Will research it and try it out because you all know I am a sucker for girth.:)

Yes, I did them for a few months before I decided to drop it for regular length stuff - and after about a month or two I started to realize that I’d not really known what I was doing in the beginning. So do go slow.

Though I suppose they can be done at any erection level where the penis is still bendable, the *original* O-bends are (if I’m not mistaken) to be performed at 10%. I’ve been doing them for a couple of weeks like that, and I honestly don’t see any potential for injury at that erection level. Above that level, though…watch out.

Do you perform the bends 30 seconds on the base, 30 seconds, in the middle, 30 seconds under the head? Or do you bend the base 10 seconds, middle 10 seconds and under the head 10 seconds so for 30 seconds each direction?

O-bends became much, much more effective for me when I realized that I wasn’t bending the correct direction to maximize expansion.

I have an upward curve, so I would always bend *against* the curve (away from my body), so as to help straighten my penis while expanding it. It never resulted in much expansion, nor any straightening effect. I was always afraid that bending into the curve (towards my body) would make the curve worse. Once I performed O-bends towards my body, I immediately noticed much more expansion. I don’t see any difference in the curve, but my post-workout hang is much thicker, about the same as if I had done the equivalent time in clamping. This is a big improvement over the previous way I was performing the o-bends.

Thank you for posting your experiences. I think most people with an upward curve naturally bend against the curve and avoid bending with the curve for the reasons you state.

Logically, bending against the curve engages the strong lig along the top of the penis, whereas bending with the curve targets the tunica and leads to greater expansion. That in your experience the curve has not increased, will hopefully encourage others to try this and report their experiences. This is how we all gain knowledge!

Playing around with this since the time I posted, I see a bigger girth when 90% rather than at 100%. A 1/16 difference.

Hey El Wino. I’ve been Doing PE for about 2 months (Added O-bend exercises 2 weeks ago.) I went from and EG of 4.5” to 5.1” EG., and 0.2 of those gains were from O-Bends :D . The only problem I tend to have with this exercise is doing the exercise at the base. How would you do it at the base w/o blood escaping? I might buy some type of clamp so I can do the exercise at the base more effectively. Maybe there’s an easier way? Glad to hear O-Bends are working for you El Wino :D .

I do O-bends but I never NEVER bend up and down - I read somwhere on this site that doing so could damage the dorsal nerve, and although there might only be a slim chance of that, I am not interested in being a guinea pig. So I only do side to side, and only once every 3 or 4 days. I don’t use too much pressure either. I hold the bend, and let the gradual deflation of my erection cause the bend to increase. I don’t use extra pressure to increase it.

You could actually break your dick with this exercise if you get too aggressive.
