Thanks man. I will keep you all posted with this bends. I hope it helps me to get to the 6 inches in girth. :)

Update: I have been doing the Orange bends since last week and I have to say I feel the expansion but I think I need to work with it more time to get a couple of gains in girth department. I hope it truly helps in length a little in combination of the jelgs. I have to work on the stretches because those are the ones I do not do a lot. Its because of time problem.

Yes I know :) . We will see when I get to the first month of doing them. If what the first person said that he did gain in 10 sessions then we can prove if we can gain something in a month or two.

I wouldn’t worry about about mrorange’s girth gain claims too much.

Personally, if I start seeing girth gains after 1-3 months, even minor (0.1” or 0.2”) I’ll be happy.

Okay.. if you’re on your way gaining. Don’t change things up and just do what you do and go with the flow and ride the wave your on at man . I’m just curious..

I’m gonna try this orange bends tomorrow and throw them in my routine and se how it works.

I believe in flaccid exercises and it’s so easy to do flaccid jobs and don’t hassle around with the erection level all the time.

I’ll give it a try. I’ve changed to jelqing at around 20% and I feel that I am making progress, both in length and girth. Adding this exercise should be a good improvement to my routine.

I currently do a 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off exercise schedule, every week. I’m now modifying that by going for 6 weeks at this schedule then take a whole week off for healing. We’ll see how that goes. I’ve had real good progress since I started doing PE (with an exception for the 4 months I tried hanging, where I gained absolutely nothing) and can’t wait to see what gains I’ll see in the near future. My first week off is the first week of October. I’ll report back on my gains after my next 6 week stint.

I did orange bends for 8 weeks mixed in with my stretching and jelqing routine. I gained 0 girth and 0 length. The only thing I gained was horrible clogged lymph vessels.

However everyone is different so they might work for others for me it was a pointless exercise.

Hmmm I am very interested in seeing the results of this thread. Great idea Upto7.
