I’ll give it a try. I’ve changed to jelqing at around 20% and I feel that I am making progress, both in length and girth. Adding this exercise should be a good improvement to my routine.
I currently do a 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off exercise schedule, every week. I’m now modifying that by going for 6 weeks at this schedule then take a whole week off for healing. We’ll see how that goes. I’ve had real good progress since I started doing PE (with an exception for the 4 months I tried hanging, where I gained absolutely nothing) and can’t wait to see what gains I’ll see in the near future. My first week off is the first week of October. I’ll report back on my gains after my next 6 week stint.
