Overdid lig stretch?

the ligs on my left side still feel tender and a little painful, I can tell I over did it. Sould I take a 100% break? or just stop stretching from that angle?

Only you can really answer that question as you know exactly how they feel.

The general rule is that pain is bad, and so should be avoided.

I think you should take a break, as a break can take as little as a day, whereas a lay off from an injury can take months.

Hell, I’d like to know how you even got your ligs to hurt. Mine are like damn steel cables, I pull and I pull but those sob’s won’t fatigue. What do I have to do, have someone hitch my dick to a semi and put the pedal to the metal?
