Overtraining and girth
Hello all,
I have settled on a girth routine that is giving me a good workout and very satisfying post session plumpness.
It is as follows:
1 x 10 min cable clamp squeezes
(1 x 5 min pump)
1x10 min cable clamp squeezes
(1x5 min pump)
1x10 min cable clamp plumped bends
1x5 min standard cable clamp engorgement
(1x10 min pump)
Total for session 55 mins.
I could easily do an AM and PM session of the above routine but would this be considered overkill by any girth vets out there? - as you often hear the “less is more” dictum bandied around the forums.
Should I concentrate on doing the above routine twice a day, or have a much lighter evening session - or will that routine suffice once a day? I have been at PE for over a year now so am well conditioned.
Oh, it’s a 5 on 2 off also.
