PE and training

I’ve noticed some things when it comes to PE, and training, both weight-training and conditioning-training. After a workout it can be to different things for me.

1.
* The flaccid penis is big and with good circulation
* It’s easy to maintain an erection
* The area around the penis feels relaxed and soft
* The skin on the scrotum is quiet soft
* The urine is easy to hold back when need

And then, after some workouts, its like this:

2.
* Flaccid penis is short and hard
* It’s almost impossible to maintain an erection
* The area around the penis feels hard and not relaxed
* The skin on the scrotum is quiet hard
* The urine is hard to hold back while need and you have to go often

I try to find why these different things appears after the training. It also stays in one of these numbers for several hours after also, and sometimes for the rest of the day.

Anyone else who has discovered these things?

I wish that I could find a reason why it choose one state, but I can’t…

Back when I did work out more regularly, I think I recall similar after effects. Weight days left it more relaxed, but cardiovascular days, the majority of my exercise regimen, left it hard. Water intake may have had an impact too.

* What area are you referring to? Groin, lower abdomens?

* When the scrotum gets cold, due to lack of blood in the area, the testicles will retract into the body as a self preservation attempt, causing the skin to tighten

*Not sure on this one.

Thanks for answering! I’ve noticed that hard condition-work can result in a low-hanging filled penis or a retracted one. I’m very confused of when it get 1 and when it get 2.

Protein, well with weight lifting I can help with this one.
I came across an article in a MMA, forum onces, some guy claiming his was 10 inches. >> Yeah right. And that after some workouts it would shrinks to 7 1/2 hard. Which I know is bullshit. But anyways

Some experts were posting. And said that there is some thing called shrimping

When you don’t get enough protein and your are lifitng heavy weights. Sometime your body will take the protein out of your penis, and into other parts of your body. Also drink alot of water.

I was having a problem but to a MUCH lesser degree. And sometimes still do. Just eat alot of protein.

I find with the growth of inner penis, my urine is hard to hold back because the muscles are not trained I think . I don’t know.

Your penis will not become smaller because you are not eating enough protein.

Sweet my cock has a reserve tank filled with protein.=) It sucks though because mine must always be empty=(. But seriously I train MMA and shrimping is a escape exercise. But who knows?

Actually it sounds pretty impossible and a sick joke. I don’t think it’s wise to spread such info here especially without any reasoning.
Like Dakine said, shrimping is an exercise used in, for example mma. And the whole issue of penis used as a protein source seems like sarcasm somebody took too seriously, no offence though.

Actually I was referring to Danman’s post and his groundwork on the subject from some unknown forum. I need to practice quoting more.

And I think I need to practise English maybe.

But the worst thing is that this Pee problem is that when I get really wee, the urine almost run straight through and I can’t hold it back. I don’t mean that the whole tank gets empty but some drops goes through.

Hah man do I hate shrimping. I have shrimped for miles upon miles in my military career. I was doing very well having forgotten that experience.

I know exactly what you mean, those two different states. I think it’s largely due to your body’s hydration level. After a PE session the penis needs blood and water more than it normally would, so if you’re dehydrated, that might result in the harder, second state you describe.

The reason I suggest this is, when I’ve taken ecstasy (MDMA), which always leaves me dehydrated, my penis acts in a very similar way to the second state you describe. So maybe if you just drink more water you’ll be okay!
