PE 'Big Brothers'
Random thought time:
Has there ever been any attempt to organise a ‘big brother’ system for newbies? As the forum grows ever bigger and daunting, would it be a good idea to suggest newbies contact specific individuals personally to help them through their early weeks (and possibly beyond).
Newbies would benefit because it would save them from reading every single past post (for a while, at least).
‘Inbetweeners’ would get to be a chance to make more friends, especially if they don’t post much.
And veterans won’t have to answer so many repeated questions, leaving the forum freer to delve into newer topics/products etc.
Is this a ridiculous idea? Discuss
