PE schedule--which one has worked the best for you?

Hey guys, I am wondering what schedule of PE has worked best for you. Not routines, but the actual schedule you do—2 days on/1 off, 1 on/1 off, etc.

I have been PEing for about 1 1/2 years now, and I’m just getting back into the game after a 3 month deconditioning break. I was 5.25x4.5 erect before I started, now I’m 6.5x4.8. I had to stop because I stopped gaining. My initial routine that I gained the most from was just jelqing, 1 day on/1 off for 30 minutes. Gains happened practically overnight. I wish I could say I still gained at that rate, or AT ALL for that matter! Well actually since the decon break I think I measured a hair over 6.5 EL, like 6 5/8 maybe but it could have been a mis-measurement. Oh and for the last month I’ve been jelqing 2 days on/1 day off, for 15 minutes (at night time right before bed, so my penis is healing while I have boners all night long :) ).

I don’t think my old routine will be sufficient anymore, I’m way past that wonderful period of “newbie gains”. My dick has toughened up a lot since then.

I have seen many good routines talked about here:
5 days on light jelqing 10 mins, 2 days off
2 on/1 off
morning/evening schedule (theory of keeping penis constantly in expanded state)

I am interested in what schedules have worked best for you guys. I am mostly interested in schedules that incorporate jelqing and other “blood exercises” (pumping, clamping, etc) because as most of us know you can stretch/hang like everyday. I am particularly intrigued by morning/evening schedules as it would keep more blood than usual in my penis all day and all night, hopefully forcing expansion.

So what PE schedule has worked the best for you? Which ones would you recommend I try? Thanks!! :)

I’ve tried:
5 on/2 off
1 on/2 off
7 on

None has really worked, so I’d say IPR 1/2; if you waste your time at least its not as much.

If you are back from a 3 month long decon I would suggest that you give 1 day on, 2 days off a try. This is what has worked best for me till now. I have tried 2 on/1off, 3 on/1off, 1 on/1 off, 5 on/2 off and every day. I should also mention that I have mostly gone after length and gained best with more rest.

5 on / 2 off has always worked well for m.

I only hang and only take a day when I’m forced to by the level of fatigue I’ve accumulated. Started off as a day off every five or so days, now it’s a day off every eight days.

7/0 worked great for me.
