PE "shopping list" thread

I was searching for things to buy that would be useful for PE when i thoght that I should start a thread which will become the offical shopping list for PEers. So if anyone wants to make or contribute to the shopping list here’s the place to start. I’d write one myself but I have no idea what to get.

Supplements, such as a multivitamin, and zinc. Also l-arginine. I take 1/2 an aspirin an hour before workouts to thin my blood too.

Your shopping list should include.

bib hanger
auto extender
cable clamps

Just make sure you follow the newbie routine and do proper warm up/downs.

On a newbie routine he doesn’t yet need to purchase a bib hanger, auto extender or cable clamps.

Better first see if you got the persistence and discipline to stay with the program, TBT. Then you can always later decide what pe-tools you want to incorporate into your routine.

edit: That is presuming that you are a newbie. I can’t imagine that you wouldn’t know what pe-tools are available to buy unless you are a newbie. And what you will settle for is, of course, determined by personal preference. Which kinda negates the use for a shopping list put together by others.

Because I have read a lot of articles about PE products but I haven’t yet decided if that stuff really works.A lot o people says that it works but the other ones says that most of the products do not work. What is your opinions? Have tried supplies.it worked or not?

The only thing I’d actually buy is:

A cock ring, A good one, don’t skimp, they’re cheap.

Cable Clamps… Woohoo, big deal, just don’t use them yet.

Get a Pump man, a reaaaal nice pump.

Other than that your hand is the best… Get yourself a health club membership and get yourself into good health. Nothing helps P.E. more than being in tip-top form… healthy heart and all that jazz :)
