PE split schedule
Guys
I am wondering if this is the right place to post this, but the question is related to bodybuilding. Wondering if anyone’s tried a split PE schedule (much like in bodybuilding - 3 split, 4 split). i.e,
Monday - 2 jelqing sessions
Wednesday - stretching sessions
Thu - squeezes
Fri - hanging or something of the above
Any experiences or comments??
