Great! Nice work :D

My Pictures! I am back baby, and I will hang out with my wang out!

PE Spreadsheet v0.0.5 beta (r03)

Changes:

  • Improved: New, better documented Statistics sheet. Ability to repopulate the statistics with the first three rows of Thundersplace statistics without having to alter the formula’s. (This doesn’t remove duplicate entries or out of range entries automatically mind you)
  • Improved!!!: Spreadsheet setup time is shorter. Nothing needs to be entered to get started with the newbie routine. The only thing required to populate the data on the statistics page is the starting DATE, BPEL, BSEG, MSEG and HSEG (obviously). Goals are increased incrementally from their starting measurement date for the next 8 years. Further customization of each of these is entirely possible upon discovery or thoughts.
  • Improved: RoutineRecords sheet, there is a link to the current day’s PI input area so that you don’t have to scroll down so far.
  • Added: An ability to pick how much of an effect that your PI’s will have on different aspects of your routine.
  • Added: NBPFL, NBPSL and MSFG to the SizeRecords sheet
  • Fixed: Bug with Projected outlook of girth wasn’t set to the right cell.
  • Fixed: Overall PI’s Routine.B30-B34 throwing an error for not having a value for the current date.

What still needs to be done:

  • Better welcome page with simplified instructions. Less wordy.
  • ??? Possibly a better way to post these things to Thundersplace and other vBulletin forums so that it’s nicely formatted.
  • ??? Any other ideas?

Looking forward to yet even more comments as this heads towards some sort of final version.

Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.

PE Spreadsheet (aka. Pequipped 0.1)

Changes:

  • Fixed bugs. Big ones, small ones.
  • Improved the starting page. There are now links going to various sections.
  • Added an intensive report page showing a summary of last months PI’s, gains (or losses) as well as your day to day PE routine.

Required:

  • a free office suite called libreOffice or openoffice (libreoffice = openoffice). It does not work in microsoft excel.

Other Notes:

  • It’s version 0.1 because I feel it’s ready for prime-time, at least among an educated group that is.
  • TIP: It’s a big spreadsheet and includes everything and the kitchen sink. Start with the basics and work your way up. There are instructions when you open it.
  • If someone wants to make it work in excel, by all means go ahead an try. I’m not doing anything groundbreaking here, but I don’t like writing this shit on one line let alone figuring out what’s wrong with it for a product I don’t use.

    =IF(B5="yes",(((VLOOKUP(MONTH($A5),calcIntensity.$ A$1:$B$13,2)*VLOOKUP(YEAR($A5),calcIntensity.$C$1: $D$19,2)))*Routine.$C$4*((10-((10-Routine.$B$32)*Routine.$D$4/100))/10))/86400,"")

PEquipped Basic v0.1

For those finding the PEquipped spreadsheet to be too over-the-top, I’ve made a more paired down version called PEquipped Basic. Both share the same release cycle and in the future I’ll be putting both of them in the same zip file.

Layout of the spreadsheet

There is no heavy statistics page like before, just a place to see your routine, another to put in size measurements and another to track your PI’s and make notes. There is also a report page which compiles everything into a Thundersplace (bbcode) forum format, with some spacing issues for the OCD out there.

Routine:
Choose up to 4 different parts of your routine, how much you want your PI’s to influence them and see your growth at a glance. Cemented gains are based on an average over the last 90 days. At the bottom you can add up and track active and inactive PE.

Size Log:
Enter the Date, BPEL and get your AEG from BSEG, MSEG, HSEG, NBPFSL, MSFG and add any notes. Measurements can be taken whenever you feel like it.

PI's Log:
Enter the Date, your PI’s and any notes of things you experienced.

Report:
Select everything and copy it, paste it into thunders as a daily report.

A sample of the report is below.

Day 5 - Jun 6, 2011
Overview
Overall PI's (out of 10)
  • Last 3 days 7.8
  • Last 7 days 7.9
  • Last 2 weeks 7.9
  • Last 1 Month 7.9

Gains
  • Starting: 16.0 BPEL x 12.9 AEG = 213 volume
  • Current: 17.0 BPEL x 13.1 AEG = 232 volume
  • Cemented: 16.5 BPEL x 13.0 AEG = 222 volume
  • Total Gained: 0.5 BPEL x 0.1 AEG = 9.3 volume

Routine
Warmup:
  • Time per cycle: 00:05:00
  • Cycles: 1
  • Intensity: 1
  • Total Time: 00:05

Jelqing:
  • Time per cycle: 00:00:07
  • Cycles: 20
  • Intensity: 5
  • Total Time: 00:02

Time
  • Total Active Time 00:07:20
  • Total Inactive Time 00:00:00
