Right now, I use a hot wash cloth for the wrap, powder for manual stretches, and cocoa butter lotion for jelqs. This manual work is moving along, but I think I’m losing momentum. So, I plan to purchase a few tools to enhance my routine and improve my gains, and I wanted some feedback on my choices.

1) Infrared lamp…I think the heat theory makes a lot of sense, but a hot wrap seems very limited Good idea? Cons?

2) If the lamp has too many concerns, there’s also the ThermoFlex at .

3) Maybe a BIB hanger. Anyone use this while aiming IR light at the member?

4) For girth, I found this Power-Jelq device. Look good? Comments? http://jelq-usa.com/about/

Well, I hope no one considers this overkill. I’m ready for serious size, and the manual routine has limits. Please give some feedback. Thanks, brothers.

Hmm…power jelq you say?

Just did a search for “power jelq”…it returned 352 threads :) so I’m guessing that there are lots of opinions on it.

My opinion…don’t need it.

How are the veins?

The infrared method is very effective since you’re able to apply constant heat throughout your workout. A heating pad does not offer that convenience.

Just my two cents….

penflex: The veins are…getting bigger and more pronounced. I think I may have bruised one of the smaller ones close to my base on the side. I hope the bruise fades. Two of the larger ones that run along the top are beginning to appear as if they might bruise soon because they show darker spots following a workout.

Uncut4Big: Do you use an IR lamp? What wattage? How close do you keep the light? How long do you warm-up in front of it before stretching? Oh, and do I need a specific ballast for IR bulbs? Thanks (sorry for all the questions).
