So does anyone ever have moments when they feel like their unit is smaller after workouts or in general fluctuation of size? Imagined or measured real.

Just a thought. Since typically humans weight fluctuates etc.

I do five on two off, and by Friday, my dick is beat. Just manual stretching, but still.

I’m not looking to go mongo, mostly just keeping what I have.

I believe. I have also notice after rest days, the first day back can be a mixed bag.

Are you talking about turtling? Turtling is a natural response of the body to protect the penis. From a PE perspective, turtling is an indication of overtraining or stressing the penis. If it lasts a short time suggests you are right at the limit of activity for your current conditioning, and probably don’t need to do anything. If it lasts longer term you’d want to think about dialing back your activity or adding in a rest day.

One also needs to consider all activities that impact the penis. For example, if your current routine has not shown to be a problem, then after a night of great sex you turtle after the next PE session, you probably just need some rest.

Use the search function to read more about it and what other guys have done to mitigate it. One idea is to wear a silicone sheath post PE to reduce the turtling effect.

I read wads thread about the gainer. Ive literally jelqed for 2 days at 20 min intervals. About 75% erection and using the sandwich style method. Then I pumped 3 5 min sets at -5hg. Felt good. Stetched manually for the first time for 1 hr in 1 session (approx. 5 min sets). Felt huge and some 75% erection capacity.

This afternoon I can barely walk around in public because of the raging hard on in my pants.

I had to go to the bathroom it was so hard it hurt. I have not had an erection this hard since my teens and early 20’s.

Ive edged in the past and had to work to stay hard….not today.

It throbbed for 20 min. Straight. Would have been longer but I put cold water on it.

welll., Imagine this: you’ve been stretching your cock to unimaginable lengths, then you have to see it shrunk back to original form (highly possible a few milimetres longer than original pre workout) and you think it’s smaller because you’ve just been seeing it way longer.

Which is why I started this thread. How can one really do this and not experience shrinkage in length in girth potentially temporarily if you get into overtrained land.

The thread states that he increased his routine progressively. Even so, it’s hard to believe. And the lack of anybody being able to duplicate his gains means that he’s probably an outlier.

I did a.few.days at 20 min. Of jelqing and that was not good for me. I wanted to see how things would go.

Diminished eq.and some.girth shrinkage. Ill rest and count the days when all seems better.

I think the smooth tissue takes longer to heal (or whatever takes place) to press against the tunica when girth work is intense.

I think 10 min. Every other day would be a better cadence.
