Yeah I believe it is possible, although it may take a long while. I’m still at it anyway (sporadically), and pretty sure I’ll get to 5.0 EG at least.
There are a lot of tools in the toolkit here, you need to go through a bunch and find what works best for you. That includes putting in your dues with the newbie routine. There’s a zen and an art to PE, in figuring out how to channel blood into your member and manipulate it to get good internal pressure. It’s been a long trial & error process for me, one I’m still learning from.
I feel your pain. I’m not sure what those of us in the “under 4.5 inch club” may have done in a past life to get screwed so bad on girth, but I figure I’m going to get to average in that department at the very least, or die trying. Good luck.
