When I started pumping my glans and corpus spongiosum would always be deflated throughout the week until after my rest days. I would pump from an hour and increase by 20 minutes every month until 2 hours. I would gain something every two weeks until the fatigue was too much. After I took a week off to recuperate, I am now back to pumping and my glans and CS is no longer deflated and it’s not as easy to gain, but my penile health is very healthy. Is fatigue the key to growth over maintaining a perfectly healthy penis 24/7?

What were your gains using that method and how long did it take you to achieve them?

In regards your question, I am a relative noob so I cant say much except that for myself any “turtling” has always been something I try to avoid because getting smaller isnt my goal. Obviously, you are saying that this short-term temporary reduction was correlated with long-term gains. I can’t say if thats true or not because, as I said, I dont have much experience.

One thing I can say is that there does seem to be some individual variance, as well as some psychological factors like “the power of positive thinking” and believing what you are doing is going to be effective, etc. This too, of course, would presumably have some limits.

Update: Measured larger today after doing a weaker pump routine after my decon break. Fatigue from is not required for gains and/or plastic deformation. I gained my lost size back so it may be too soon to tell since I didn’t gain any true size, but getting bigger means I’m doing something right. If I needed to do something more, I probably would not have gained the size back.

In my experience, pushing myself to the point of having one or more days of turtling has never resulted in anything good for me. I guess I wonder if a better recuperative approach could have changed that, such as an ADS and supplements or topical healing compounds, but it seems like the jury is still out.

It’s harder for me to do things in moderation and I feel like I’ve seen better results when I do. Rest days, the right supplements, aerobic exercise and h2o.

Turtling for days is going overboard rather than going to fatigue. It has been stated that if you can’t get erect after a workout, you did too much. Getting fatigued will allow you to obtain an erection, although it won’t be as strong.

There is a fine line between enough to maximize potential growth and too much. If you can find that line and dance with it then you will be successful. At least that’s been my experience.

I personally have found that you have to find that sweet spot of stressing the members so that you get and “ache”, like a good pain like when youre stretching your muscles. It is also my experience that if you stress to turtling it gives no progress.

If i stress without achieving the “ache” then i also get no real gains.

The last two posters understand what I meant. So it’s normal for that right amount of fatigue to help growth. I like it.

More experiences would be appreciated.
