The websites selling these stretching devices claim that you will make girth gains as well as length gains.

The length gains are very believeable, of course. I’m a bit skeptical about the girth gains, though.

It would stand to reason that if what they say is true, hanging would give you girth gains as well.

Can we get some feedback from some of the vets on this?

I’m not totally sure here (so maybe some of the knowledgeable vets can back me or refute this theory) but here goes my theory:

The genes that are stored in the DNA code of your body carry the set of instructions for rebuilding molecular tissue however trying to decipher this DNA code would be similar to deciphering the code of an embedded (no keyboard or monitor) computer’s digital tape storage without any documentation about the microprocessor…but not being able to do that does not prevent the DNA mechanism from working…

So say for example when you get injured and break the surface of your skin…depending on the extent of the injury these instructions which are stored in like a memory bank (for lack of a better term) will allow the body to rebuild the injury site accordingly with the extent of the injury.
Now because PE is actually more of a long term slow injury that you willingly invoke because you are essentially tearing down the penis in order to rebuild it stronger, longer, thicker therefore the body has ample time to adapt and the carry the instructions that contain information as to even such things as proper proportions (length vs width) therefore even though you may been working on length you will still grow to some degree in girth during the body’s molecular repair process.

Obviously if you target girth alone you will grow faster in girth but at some point there will be a threshold point whereby the body’s genetically stored information that knows all about your penis dimensions will somehow sense the disproportion and some length (to what degree I dont know) will kick in.

Its just a theory…don’t hold me to it.

BTW…why not just use the PM for length gains and target your girth with girth exercises?… that way you have the best of both worlds. :)

Here’s a question I’ve been dying to ask:

Has anybody made girth gains from stretching/hanging alone?

If you do jelq or any other exercise it doesn’t count. Base girth only doesn’t count (because it is caused by a thicker part of your penis being pulled out of the body, not by actually making the penis thicker).
