you don’t say where your penis starts to bend. If you mean from the base then I wonder if you are getting a full erection, kegels and jelqing will help with harder erections. pre PE my erections where ok but now its like another world. If you can noticably compress your penis when you have an erection, its gotta be pretty soft.
If you are talking about a bend beyond the point at which your penis leaves the body (i.e. it goes straight up for a bit and then curves down) thats a different problem. Here’s a good thread to start you off:

A lot of people swear by jelqing against the direction of the bend.
