Dude, my penis head is so small it weird. Its almost as if blood is not filling it up…. Why is this? When I wear a cock ring it get nice and full, but when im not wearing one, its as if my best friend has a flat hair cut. I want my boy to have a full 70’s style afro! Why is this?

Anyway I think that you do not have quite enough inflow. Many argue that this is incorrect, but in order for your veins to constrict outflow, they need the compression of a good inflow.

I found it interesting/confusing how kegels and Behind-The-Balls jelqing has done more to improve the size and fullness of my head when erect than squeezes and ULIs. My guess is that a stronger muscle is developed from the kegels allowing higher blood pressure in the CS. I think the BTB jelqs have improved the size of the passages in the CS allowing easier bloodflow.

I think ULIs and erect jelqs/squeezes will improve the CAPACITY of the head but without the other two parts of the equation you will not be able to fill the head completely.

Once again I will emphasize how a healthy diet with good nutritional supplements, plenty of water, and the elimination of nicotine will significantly aid in girth gains.
