Penis is shorter when pointing straight up. Why?

In my case, the top measurement produces a difference of more than one inch depending on the angle I am holding my dick when it is erect. What would be considered a legitimate measurement in this case? I don´t wanna cheat myself.

Measuring against your fat pad and some also probably falls into your body as opposed to falling out if you’re pointing down or even straight out.

It is because your ligs are in the way. I can see mine through the skin when I pull it straight out flaccid.

I think it is best to do straight out measurements anyway (perpendicular to your body). This is the angle for most sex positions, and that is what we use our penis for, correct?

It’s purely less exposure of the inner penis since at a high angle there is greater retraction of the ligs hence you will lose up to a half inch. Don’t sweat it, it’s just nature, and if you’re fat you may lose it all, so count your blessings or go on a diet.

Yeah, probably has to do with my ligs. My fat pad is only like 0.5 inches, so I have nothing to gain from a diet. Are there any specific exercises for this problem?

Its not a problem since everyone has the same dilemma; if you can call it that. Are you worried about getting a blow job while driving the turnpike, and not quite feeling robust enough.? You cannot do anything about it since at any given size there will be a marked reduction in a seated, and upward angled erection, or standing and high angle. If you are working on length gains; that is about all that you can do. The other small thing that can be done is building your erection slowly so maximum expansion is achieved. Sometimes if you are overly excited your blood inlets will shutdown prematurely; which will result in a shortened erection. If you massage the penis and scrotum, and allow it to erect in a less aroused fashion you will discover a better quality erection.
