Penis Reduction Video

That is insane!!!!!

I think I would rather have a huge limp dick.

That dick is pretty gruesome looking before the surgery. I can’t believe that guy waited so long to go to the doctor. What a monster though.

That was amazing.at the end they say he is still awaiting a new inflatable hard on “I don’t know the correct terminology” but who is paying for all of these because they said that this will be his third surgery wow.
I wonder how much would it cost

So if I understood correctly this guy had a implant and after the implant the tissue in his penis grew on top of the implant “I am assuming that was what they cut out ” and because of the new tissue he could not get an erection because he was to fat. Does anyone know his original stats before he did the implant?

How much did 8 ball surgery cost and how does this compare ?

That was disgusting but very informative.

I think I will pass on looking at video. Thank’s anyway.

Actually, epg, the patient lost his ability to have an erection after a neglected case of priapism. There was probably nerve damage (loss of T2 signal), and the patient was not responding top drug therapy, so the penile reduction/implant procedure was performed. The surgeons implanted a penile prosthesis, but when they inflated it, the tunica tore, so they repaired it with a graft. That’s what the video showed: the reduction and implantation procedure.

I think the reduction part was what caused the failure. They should have just installed those inflatable tubes and leave it at that if those inflatable tubes were even the best thing to do. They have a guy with a penis blown up out of proportion because of priapism and they decide to cut it open and put a device in it to put even more stress on the tunica.

I’m with you Marco. I have no stomach for the doctors perspective, especially a penis operation.

What exactly does a “neglected case of priapism” mean?

I will never be the same again.. Never

\"Break A Deal Face The Wheel!"

I’ll be awaiting the cartoon. Thanks though.

Priapism (Greek πριαπισμός, the erection) is a painful and potentially harmful medical condition in which the erect penis (erection) does not return to its flaccid state (despite the absence of both physical and psychological stimulation) within four hours.

Priapism is a medical emergency and needs proper treatment by a qualified medical practitioner.

Potential complications include ischaemia, clotting of the blood retained in the penis (thrombosis), and damage to the blood vessels of the penis which may result in an impaired erectile function or impotence. In serious cases the condition may result in gangrene, which may necessitate penis removal, and in the worst cases, castration.

Wow! Oh my gosh!

I’m trying to understand the enlargement. From the descriptions I keep reading, the penis doesn’t contract back to its original shape due to damage to the elasticity. This doesn’t describe cellular growth and expansion. Are they saying the megalophallus in that video is his previous max potential size or was there actually some cellular growth? The shaft skin for example would have had to grow many times. Also the penis is not that ugly if you consider they spread that pre-surgery brown gunk all over it. I forget what its for, dis-infectant/skin conditioner?

Thanks for your reply. However, I already knew what priapism was. I was referring to the neglected part of “neglected case of priapism.” I’m assuming this guy got a case of priapism and just said, “Oh well f*** it. I don’t need a working penis anyway.”

Also, couldn’t that guy have gotten erectile implants without having half his dick stripped away like it was a piece of string cheese?
