Penis repair?

Can someone explain how the tissues in the penis repairs itself, like skeletal muscle uses protein and anabolic hormones to do so but since there is different muscle in the penis and many here say hormones will do nothing to the penis after puberty. So how do the micro tears heal ?

In the exact same way everyday tears are repaired. Your body is under constant damage, albeit extrememly small amounts. The body just utilises nitrogen in your food to produce proteins, which are then used to basically regrow damaged tissues.

Namely fibroblasts and myofibroblasts. Others may include target hormones and growth factors.

Mongoose, animals cannot create proteins from nitrogen. Plants do this. Animals eat plants, then the protein in the plants is broken down into amino acids in the body and reconstructed into new forms of protien specifically needed for each animal. Then animals further up the food chain eat other animals and break down the digested protein into amino acids again and build their own specific proteins.

I was just thinking that. I finished doing biology 2 years ago. I mean aminos when I say nitrogen.
