Penis Surgery and Cotton

12

Pirate,

>assuming what you say is what happened to me (and from the sounds of it, it is exactly what happened) Would that make subsequent PE easier (my original cotton pulling thought) or harder because of the scarring?<

It makes gaining much easier because you have less ligament resistance stopping you from stretching them and pulling the internal penis forwards. The ligaments will still have just as much potential stretchability in them after surgery, as scarring will only occur where they were cut and re-attached, so if that area thickens with scarring, that won’t stop the intact section of the ligement taking the stretch. A chain is only as strong as it’s weakest link, so thickening a small section of the chain won’t make it any stronger if the rest is still the original thickness and structure.

Another factor which helps you gain from surgery, is that length that was trapped behind the ligs is now infront of the ligs and can take the full force on it’s tunica even whilst stretching below your LOT, without the ligs taking some of the force away. When that length was behind the ligs, the ligs would take a lot of the force off the tunica behind the ligs, when stretching below the LOT.

>Is it your opinion my gains since surgery are more due to the increased intensity, or the fewer attachments?<

If you gained 1 eighth of an inch in two years of PE, doing 30 mins 5 times a week, then there is no doubt that you were a hardgainer. After your ligs retracted and pulled your penis back by 1 inch, you then increased time and effort in PE and gained 2.45” in 2 years 4 months(I include the 1” you lost, because you were doing 30 mins of PE per day so the ligs had pulled it back as if it had never exsisted and it wasn’t just a temporary loss ready to slip back out of it’s hole again as you were already pulling when it was lost. It had to be gained with as much effort as the rest you gained). That is 1” growth per year. So you have increased your rate of growth by 16 times as you only gained 1 eighth of an inch in 2 years, before surgery. Your growth is 16 times more productive. I highly doubt all of that could be down to just increasing effort in PE if you were already doing 30 mins of work each day before hand. However, there is a possibility that you were pulling with puny forces before surgery and weren’t really a hardgainer but you haven’t said how hard you were pulling then and how hard you are pulling now.

I knew someone on another PE forum who had his ligs cut and he turned out to gain 4 inches in length. He was basically the number one gainer on the site and he happened to have had his ligs cut. Coincidense? Doubtful. He gained 1.5 inches from the surgery imediatly and then four inches more once he found PE. He had the earlier surgery where the erection would point towards the floor, however, so I don’t think he had any ligs re-attached like you. His penis was unstable during sex because of this. It would push in and out of the cavity somewhat during heavy thrusting he told me. Your type of surgery is better compared to the earlier surgeries, which did not re-attach the ligs to my knoweldge, because although it is harder to pull the inner penis out somewhat with your surgery, you still have a stable penis(I presume), your erection angle is intact which is important for good sex and your tunica might be easier to grow as it still has ligs to anchor against your pull, inorder to get a stretch in the tunica. With no ligs, someone would have to grip with one hand at the base to provide an anchor point and the other hand pulling to provide a stretch in the tunica between the two hands. That would be more tiring and it would be harder to create the forces needed.

Hey Pirate, Well, my procedure was about 6k because I had both the lengthening, and girth done… actually the girth was an afterthought just prior to surgery. The Doctor I used was a Dr Ringer, out of Houston Texas. I had scarring, infection, and had to go back for corrective surgery due to actual deformity. He was very good, it was just luck of the draw, plus I was suppose to abstain from sex for like 6 weeks. Well, mom just would’nt have that, and I think it is what caused my infection. In any event, if someone was thinking about having it done, i would recommend not, but if your ballsz ablazin to do it, i would only do the lengthening, It seems the fat injections caused most of the problems and two procedures are just too much at one time. recovery is longer, and problems are more prevalent.

Pirate, gottagrow…… In my lengthening surgery, they did’nt cut, and reattach, they simply cut partially to let the suspensory ligament release the tunica forward….In any event…….to do over again….. not!!!

pleaser4unow;

I’ve read from several sources that the fat injected for girth is fairly quickly reabsorbed, in about 6 mos. Was that the case for you?

If so, the cost of the procedure hardly seems to warranted by its duration. Not cheap, especially if the solution is to have periodic fat transfers to keep the girth.

Avocet, that is true, but you do maintain scar tissue which does give you permanent increase. When I first had it done, the skin was so tight, there was absolutely no movement. Did not like it at all! If i knew what i know now, I would not have done either. It was painful, long recovery. I still have significant scarring. your cock looks like someone blew it up like a balloon.

Pleaser, Thanks for sharing. Sounds like I am glad I didn’t have enough money for the girth surgery! But what I am thinking now, after a few days of computer Hell and reflexion, is that surgery might not, might not be a bad idea for slow gainers. As long as they have a good doctor (like mine), and if they hang afterwards, it sounds to me that for guys who just pull and pull and pull and get nothing - lengthening surgery might be a way to change that. I have got (discounting the early 1 inch loss) almost 2 inches since surgery. Gottagrow reports on another guy who got 4 inches.

Gottagrow, I really appreciate your input here. You have really done a fine job of consolidating my thoughts and confirming my wispy wonderings. So do you think this limb I am going out on is warranted? I am stating that for the average guy, surgery should not even cross your mind. PE works for you, and you should pull away without taking the risks. But for you guys who have been pulling for years (not months oh you of the microwave generation, years) without success - for you lengthening surgery from a good doctor might be just the ticket for jump-starting PE.

It’s a lonely limb to be out on in a PE board that largely shares , pumping and hanging exercises. But in my brain, I have to say I am no longer feeling that my surgery was a complete waste of money. $1750 an inch ain’t cheap mind you, but it does indeed look like that’s what I have gotten. And that beats the Hell out of $3500 for a negative inch!

Pirate, yes I think you are right, but I don’t think it is responsible for anyone to reccomend surgery to extreme hard gainers. It is important that the information be available to everyone involved in PE, so that they can make their own informed decisions. However, reccomending surgery to anyone, no matter how hard they are finding it to gain from PE, is irresponsible and would be slanted.

So, it is good that we discuss the potential increase in growth from surgery, so that people can make their own informed decisions based on good, new information, but we should not take it any further than that by slanting the information towards any reccomendations.

Gottagrow,

Thanks, and I agree almost completely (I am not quite sure how it would be slanted, anymore than recommending a Penimaster for instance). But the points you make are very convincing. You are wise and powerful. London anywhere near OZ by chance? As for me, I will go out on the limb and state that it appears phalloplasty as performed by the doctor I mentioned changed me from being a hard gainer to one who is not so hard to gain. Still, it was no easy fix as advertised because I still had to dedicate hours a day to exercising for years to see gains. I will say I in no way recommend it for someone who has not already spent years without gains despite exercising. And even then, after listening to my Jimminy Cricket conscious Gottagrow, I would only say it seems to have worked for me. And add to that the caveat that I have spoken to a number of fellows who had surgery and were butchered, and I have personally never communicated with one who said they would do it again if they had the chance to go back - including our friend pleaser4unow. So surgery is still an expensive, dangerous crap shoot. It’s just that I seem to have not gotten the snake eyes I had previously thought.

Pirate, thankyou for the complement. As for recommending surgery or a penimaster, both are slanted. However, in view of the dangerous, possible circumstances surrounding surgery (infections, scarring, coma, death, impotance etc), it needs to be elevated as a subject treated very carefully so as not to be slanted towards reccomendation. Similarly, performing erect bends should not be slanted towards reccomendation because of the possible dangers. The facts should be presented in an unslanted mannor. I am sure you will agree.

Gottagrow

I believe that PE helps one who has had surgery, to recover gains lost due to scar tissue and infection. After my surgery, I was a solid 8. I was in the “Thunder Club” dowsing my pal in the drink when taking a dump. My intial “Result” as the Doc dipicted was awesum. Pirate, did you experience intial erect gains? many do not. I think I could have gotten to “8” without surgery applying the techniques we discuss. I am still not a proponent of the “Knife to grow club”, not with the knowledge we have today.

I need a nice recovery myself…..lol I lost 1/4 “
