Penismaster customer service is excellent

I contacted the PM site a couple of days ago (not the US affiliate, the original, European site) and asked them how I could get a hold of extra rubber holding straps.

They replied that they are not covered in the warranty and need to be ordered, HOWEVER, they were sending me some extras for free out of good faith.

Very impressive.
