I’m all for necroing a thread over atarting another new one.
I’ve noticed the overall skin tone to mostly lighten back to normal during deconditioning break (to an extent). I embrace the darkening that is left and just sun bathe nude. This darkens the rest of my body and matches it to my dick tone 🤣 What bothers me more than the overall color is the localizes darkening at old injury sites. Any old burn, blister, ingrown hair, or nick from shaving will get incredibly dark. Mine is pretty speckled with this crap even though the overall tone is fine. Havent tried any products or peels yet, but i’m hopeful they would work when I decide to go that route. The best points if advice i’ve seen in regards to clamping:
Click all the way with one hand and maybe back off one click. That’s really as tight as you want to go.
Limit sets to 10-12 minutes tops.
Take breaks in between sets that are as long as your sets.
Implement heat and firegoat rolls as often as possible
Take frequent deconditioning breaks.
Follow this, and your discoloration will be kept a lot lower than if you dont. Likely to a level that is not permanent.
