I am planning on alloderm procedure with rosenthal dec 2nd. I have thought though about doing length surgery first and then doing the alloderm. I know BTC had a bad result, but I believe these were caused by experimental procedure that dr. K. Was doing with fat, and the fact that alloderm( which does not have it’s own blood supply) may have been layered too thick the second time around causing necrosis.

That is the stuff of nightmares ! My whole body felt like jelly when I saw the pics, especially the hole. I saw a programme on TV last year about a guy going in for phalloplasty, he had a perfectly normal penis, actually it was a damn sight bigger than mine getting on for 5” flaccid girth ! I just don’t know what goes through some peoples heads to think they are small sometimes. I would have gladly swapped mine for his, he also had to hang for 8 hours a day to ensure the lengthening part of the procedure took hold.

Have you tried gaining length via natural pe? The reason I ask is because the lengthening procedure is an invasive surgery and requires a ton of post op work (I’ve had it done myself). While the surgery can help you gain length quicker, you can still gain length without it. In retrospect, I wish I’d gone the natural route first. You don’t even gain any erect length initially, it takes months before you get the final result. You do gain quite a bit of flaccid length immediately. I gained about 1.5” of flaccid length right away.
You really should achieve your desired length before you get the girth enhancement done. Dr. R will basically fashion a piece of Alloderm based on the current length of your penis. Alloderm can make it more difficult to gain length as it doesn’t stretch very well.
I’ve never used Dr. Rosenthal but did have a consultation with him once. I know a couple people who used him for girth only and had great results. I’ve been thinking about using him for glandular enhancement. The stuff he’s using is supposed to last two years. I think my dick looks weird right now because my head is so much smaller than the rest of my penis. My flaccid girth is a bit under 6” and my head is smaller than that.

Wow. That’s just…wow. I can’t believe what I just saw. My stomach turned a little on viewing those pics. I freak out when I have a bit of irritation on my penis. To have such necrosis and a hole, a literal hole, I think I would die of nervous shock or something. I feel for this dude.
I know that having a small unit may make guys consider drastic measures. I can’t say as I am not below average. However, I think photos like that are required viewing for anyone thinking about surgery in order to come face to face with the possibilities.

I had an appt. For girth and length on dec. 3 this year. Rosenthal’s office called, they refunded my money, and said he was closing his office for good.
