PI confusion
So I’ve been PEing for about 2 months and have seen some gains. In the beginning I noticed that after doing several days of working out that my dick would get tight and weak (negative PI) so I would break for a day or two until it went back to normal. Now I feel like I can’t get to that point and like my gains are slowing down. Should I do more intense exercises for longer or what? Is it better to do PEing multiple times a day? I don’t know when to rest anymore and I’m not getting any real PIs.
I usually do 10 minutes or dry jelqs then 5 minutes or Sadsak slinky then another 10 minutes of dry jelqs per day.
