Pisspulls during rest days/decon weeks

Hey guys,

As some of you know I had a bit of an injury on Wednesday where I PE’d during the day and had hard sex with a cockring on and when I came I felt a pop inside afterward it hurt the next day and I still had sex but then it was hurting more afterward and now I feel like I have to rest and heal (I was due to decon anyways)

But it brought questions to my mind that I would like the most recent of guys here on;

Do you guys consider it wise to still do a bit of manual stretching (let’s say 1 rep of 15-20 secs) everything that you take a leak when on rest day or during a decon break ?

One on hand it’s still a form of PE and might hinder the resting process and on the other maybe it can stop the turtling occuring during the day and keep the unit elongated for the rest of the day.

What do you think ?
