You can have a low LOT and yet have a high erection angle. Unless I’m mistaken DLD claims a LOT of 6:00 yet a high erection angle, for example. (Sorry DLD if I got that wrong, but I recall that on a thread of yours).

Look for the visual of the tug back. When it stops tugging back, thats your LOT. If it is infact 6 o’clock, you should be doing SO and upper angles. If you don’t want to give hanging a shot, you can do it through manual stretches or A-stretches, as long as you’re stretching above your LOT.

I agree with Mike, in that I’d do PE atleast 5 days per week. Just make sure you’re getting a quality stretch each set. I also do 30 second sets, and I’ve gained mostly through that. I would recommend atleast 15 sets of stretching in various upper angles. (I do over 30 sets, but I’m nuts)

You might want to measure before and after PE session, to see if you notice any difference. You should notice a temporary increase in length. If there’s no difference, I don’t think you’re getting quality workouts.

Also, would you mind giving me a bit more detail so I could use it as a workout. i.e. what directions?, is that 15 *30sec sets each direction?, what directions-positions-technique do you use to do the A-stretch for tunica stretching? and would you say I should do it 5 days in a row or use a split?

SO means Straight Out. (9:00) SU straight up, OTS over the shoulder etc etc

Yea 15 sets of 30 second stretches. If it feels like too much sets, start lower and work your way up. Add sets as you get more accustomed to the routine.

I hold the A stretch over a 90 degree angle, just for SO. I use manual stretching for the other angles, SU, left, right, and a few sets of SO. Most of my sets are SU.(atleast 16 sets alone of SU)

I would use a split. I just focus on getting 5 workout days per week. Usually I can’t go 3 straight days with my routine. By then my dick is completely worn out. Go by feel. Try 3on/1off. Depending on how your dick feels, extend to 4on/1off, etc.

I include 25mins of jelqing directly after. You can split that up if you want, or do it right after the stretch routine. But you should do 10mins or so of jelqing after a heavy stretch routine, to restore circulation.

And you should be doing your kegels.

I would measure your Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch, as a way to mark progress. Measure before and after. Check the correlation between ELBP(erect length bp) and FSBP.
