Its all in my 1st post at top. tried diff routines but all about 30mins worth of stretching (using reps). And stretching so hard my glans were hurting with the presure I was using to pull my dick out. Infact I now strctch so hard I can’t maintain the grip for more than 30sec.
Don’t know if this means anything to anybody but after I’d do a stretch my dick would be longer as soon as I let go of the stretch but it would slowly retract to its normal size within a few seconds (i could visually see this happen). Another thing when I strectch I can never feel any stretching sensation of the ligaments, no matter how hard I pull.
