Please Help - Does PE affect my growth

Please Help - Does PE affect my growth

Hi everyone,

I’m 18 and 8 an a half months old and as you can tell, new to this forum. I have been Jelqing and doing PE for about a year now, but it wasn’t until about 3 months ago that I started to do some research into PE and such. This was mainly a result of me not seeing much gains and after a while I stumbled upon this site. Since I read around the forum a while before I decided to make several changes to my program.

1) Following several vet’s advice, I looked back and thought(for lack of a better word) when I felt the most improvements.
2) Changed my program to remove erect excersizes as many have said (and I researched this on other sites too, correct me if im wrong) that they are detrimental to growth.

Following my research online, I came across articles stating that Jelqing/PE in general might be bad since im since finishing up puberty.
What I’m asking is for your opinions (since this is a very divided area, I’ve gotten answers supporting and against PE’ing as a teen) on whether or not I should continue to stick with Jelqing/PE as a teenager or stop and let puberty run its course so I get fully maximized before going back to PE’ing.

On a side note, when do you all recommend that one should change/switch routines if no gains/improvements have been shown. I’ve used 2 programs so far, for variety, just starting a new program.

Sorry for the long winded post, or if my question is somewhat hazy. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Board Jumbodog. The scientists should be along shortly.

<------- You likey?

If you don't take the time to do the PE exercises how do you expect to gain? The fairy godmother of PE?

Might as well do it now. I would if I were you. At your age, your dick is pretty much done growing, but you never know. Have you gained anything at all? What is your routine? Post your schedule so we can have a better idea of what you’re doing.

Becoming.... Godsize

This is a very intresting question, since I myself am in the same category as he is, though a tid bit younger ;) Personally I don’t think it does, as Prickle stated “your dick is pretty much done growing,” but we’ll see if anyone else has some input on this one, i’d like to hear some! :D

Tim mate sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this site is for over 18’s. Perhaps one of the mods will step in to ask what the deal is.

Re: the original topic.

I think PE during puberty, if anything, would have a positive effect. If you are still growing, which you probably aren’t at 18 anyway, PE exercises will catalyse growth because your penis will be disposed to grow through the increased levels of Hormone that encourage growth through puberty.

Oh yes, and welcome to the forum JD!

wut does that exactly mean good_knight im getting confused about this sentence “If you are still growing, which you probably aren’t at 18 anyway, PE exercises will catalyse growth because your penis will be disposed to grow through the increased levels of Hormone that encourage growth through puberty. ” also i tried looking up catalyse in the dictionary but still cant understand it

A catalyst is something that accelerates a process without being a part of it per se. So you might say that my usage of “catalyse” is a little strained, but either way my point is that it seems plausible that growth from PE would be faster in a penis with the right hormones than a penis without them. Now, it also seems plausible that a penis that is growing naturally through puberty is going to have more of the right hormones than one that isn’t. As well as this effect, an adult male’s penis has simply stopped growing (although I’m not sure what mechanics cause this, I’m sure it’s more than just changes in hormonal levels) so one would think that exercising a growing penis would render better results than a non-growing penis. Thus, PE through puberty, I think, is probably a good thing if you are only concerned with enlarging as much as you can as quickly as possible.

Note, I say “if you are only concerned with…” Clearly, PE is also something that has to be handled maturely, so just because I think adolescents may grow quicker I do not necessarily agree that PE is good for people that age because this is knowledge that has to be handled maturely. And encouraging youngsters to PE may only induce unnecessary feelings of sexual insecurity.

But to return to the original topic, I think 18 is a fine age to start. And if you’re penis is still growing then I don’t think that’s a bad thing but a good thing. Of course, there are loads and loads of people who know far more about PE than me here, so hopefully a vet will come in to correct anything that’s wrong.

Musclehead - read my sig.

I began when I was 18 and 3 months, now I’m 18 and 8 months and I’ve gained 0.6” length and 0.6” girth :P

"You are entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts."

I think jelqing can affect your growing if you get a bodybuilder to squeeze you starting from the feet and go all the way up till the neck. Hopefully it won’t increase your girth ;) (lol…)

Erect exercises can be a useful tool for gains. Some guys have reported good progress from them. They are not for newbies. Even vets have burst and/or thrombosed veins using erect techniques. I recommend you stay away from them until your dick is well-conditioned to PE, say 3-6 months of regular exercise.

My dick stopped growing when I was about 15. I’d love to be in your shoes, beginning PE at 18. PE will not negatively affect your growth. If anything, you will probably make better progress if your dick is still naturally growing.

Just be conservative. Stick to simple, tried and true basic exercises for now.

In response to Prickle’s question, here is my current routine as such.

2 mins Hot Wrap Warmup
2 mins Light Stretching
5 mins Length Excersizes (they involve close to or full erection so I have since changed them to semi erect, and I alternate between 2 excersizes).
7 mins Jelq
9 mins Girth Excersizes (alternate between 3 excersizes, I do these ones at about 85% or so erect as girth gains I find require a higher erection state).
2 mins Hot Wrap Warmdown
PC(Kegels) are done whenever during day

Old Routine

2 mins Hot Wrap Warmup
40-300 Jelq (started at 40 moved up at increments after time, ending at 300) so about 10 mins I suppose.
10 mins (roughly) stretching
5-10 mins PC(Kegeling)
2 mins Hot Wrap Warmdown

I do 2 days off Wed,Sun. And just started my current routine about a month ago.
Any suggestions to improve my routine would greatly help.

Also, I noticed I got bigger with my old routine. Around the time (about 9 months ago or so), I did see and feel that my dick was getting bigger. But after hitting 300 Jelqs and a full 10 stretch (was working my way up), it just stopped growing. Perhaps I hit a plateau or whatnot, not sure if those gains were permanent.

Anymore comments? Opinions? Help?

I would appreciate some of the vets here to post what they think as your opinion is valued.
