Hi Jayroony,
LOT stands for “Loss of Tugback”. LOT Theory is a theory developed by Bib which can help determine what types of exercises would be best for a given person. Bib’s LOT theory is explained very well in Bib’s original posts about them. You can find them in the main member forum. They should be relatively easy to find because they are “sticky threads”. Sticky threads are threads that are always displayed at the very top of the forum you are viewing. You can distinguish them from the others by a little push-pin icon next to the threads title.
Here is the short answer. To determine your LOT you grab your penis and stretch it straight up towards your chin. Then you perform a kegel. You will see and feel your penis tug back on your hand that is pulling up on your penis. Then while keeping a good stretch on your penis you then pull it a little ways out from your body away from your chin and kegel again. To describe the angle your penis makes with your torso we use the “clock system”. In other words, straight up to your chin is 12 o’clock and straight our parallel to the floor is 9 o’clock, and straight down point at your feet is 6 o’clock. The angle where you feel the greatest loss of your penis’s tugback is considered your LOT.
You LOT is a way to measure the tightness of your suspending ligaments. It also tells you the proper type of exercises to perform to maximize your gains. Read Bib’s posts on the matter.
