I used to be reasonably active on this board, until a couple months back I stopped posting and visited infrequently. My PE history is long and without gains or glory;

Started pumping in August 2002 till late October 2002 with a little jelquing thrown in between sets, my sets were 3 x 8-10mins at 2-4HG. No gains.

So I started hanging in March 2003 to August 2003, I was doing over 90mins for the first few months and then dropped down to an hour, with jelquing thrown in after. No gains.

I do not want to tell you how depressed I get, but the biggest problem is that I cannot even get aroused anymore because every sexual feeling is associated with my small penis (4.75 length, 4.5-4.75 girth), rather than thinking about this girl in front of me and how I wish to please her, I think about how I would not be enough for her. This in turn leads me to have very weak erections.

I don’t know what my next move should be, I do not want to give up, but it seems as though I cannot gain.

Is this stuff for real???? Should I try simple manual routines, go back to pumping????

PE is real.
Backtrack through every exercise you tried. Any of them that didn’t work at all or didn’t work good enough over an extended period of time…discard them. Drop ‘em. If jelqing didn’t work for you, and you’re positive you tried everything (made sure you were doing it right, doing it often enough, etc)…then drop jelqing completely. Try other movements….squeezes and stuff.

I find it hard to believe that hanging didn’t work for you. Is that even possible? Fuck pumping alltogether. Hang or manually stretch, and squeezes instead of jelqs. Try that for a while, but put some backbone into it. Do it EVERY DAY. I mean EVERY FUCKING DAY. It sounds like you’re not doing it enough. Try Extreme Ulies once your cock is conditioned enough from manual squeezes and holds.

If an hour is’nt doing it for you you need to add more time. I read post of people hanging for 4 hours plus and experiencing great results. With your Jelk routine are you focusing on the intensity and quality of each repetition? Maybe you need to work on your technique?

Like prickle said ” do it every day.” You have to be consistent. Try to make a schedule that you can stick to. If you miss a day do a make up day.

Also maybe you should just concentrate on length right now. Some people believe you should not start on girth until you achieve your length goal. Just focus on manual stretches or hanging and maybe like 15 to 20 min of wet jelking. Also up the time on your manual stretches. Try to work up to an hour or more. You can split it up like 30 minutes stretches in the morning and 30 minutes stretches at night. Maybe even shorter ones during the day.

Being depressed sucks but there’s allot of motivational stuff to read everywhere on this forum. But there’s nothing more motivational then your first gain. Stick to it you’ll be glad you did.

I just wanted to add something, though.

It’s sounds like you switched too often from one routine to another. Hanging for a few months, jelqing thrown in, pumping for awhile and so forth.

Listen, sit back and develop a good workout routine. Pumps can be utilized. That’s what I do. I do a set of 10 mins with up to 7HG’s but not more than that. I do my manual stretching only under warm water. Jelqing for 30 mins a day is a must, use slow 4-5 secs strokes. Squeezes for girth are very good, if done correctly. Head exercises do wonders to get a nice mushroom or snake head.

Do one routine, a shorter one in the morning, then a long one in the evening, depending on how much time you have on your hands. PE is something that needs an approach like any other workout routine, meaning it takes time, persistence and dedication. Use supps, that promote bloodflow to the dick, as aides for possible gains.

Here’s what I do currently, in the evenings:

Warm up in the shower. I use hot water, as hot as I can stand it, without getting burnt, to loosen the ligs and warming up the dick for the upcoming workout. After the warm up, while still being in the shower, I do manual stretching for about 20 mins.

After that, I move to the manual exercises and jelq for about 20 - 30 mins using SLOW strokes with high intensity, 4-5 secs for each stroke. I use porn sometimes to keep my semi-erection.

Squeezes for about 10 mins, high intensity, holding each squeeze for up to 15 secs. Afetr that I take a short break and just massage my cock to get fresh blood going and preparing it for the last part, pumping. I pump for 10 mins, using between 5 - 7 HG’s. When done, I go back to a short massage, jump in the shower, clean up the lube, and let some warm water run over my dick. That’s it.

Let’s rule out poor circulation as a cause for your weak erections. Upper leg excercises such as squats greatly increases lower body circulation.

How much weight do you hang with? I started with 2.5 lbs the first month and then doubled that to 5 lbs. in the second month. By the end of that second month, I had gained nearly half and inch in length from hanging alone.

My hanging routine for the first 2 months was 2 sets of 15 min. in the morning and then the same at night or I would go with 4 sets of 15 min. in the morning. I would only hang straight down then. BTC was too painful.

If you have a hard time reaching fatigue, increase the weight and/or the time. Recently, I believe increasing the time is the better and the safer of the 2. I also have read here that doing girth routines when also doing length routines will hinder the length progress.


Starting: 5 BPEL x 4.5 EG on 4/19/03

Latest: 6 BPEL x 5 EG on 2/17/04

Goal: 7 BPEL x 6 EG

I think that after your workout your dick must feel “fatigued” or somewhat sore. Use the search button to find out more.

If you don’t feel some soreness, you must find ways to achieve it, without killing your penis in the process. You will not get muscels if you do not feel sore. It is the same for you penis.

I think that this is a bigger problem than having a small dick.

During sex, I never think about the size of my dick, which is not impressive (started at 5.25 X 4.75, now 6 X 5), just the woman I am with. I think that you need to become comfortable with who you are; you are not going to get anywhere without being able to appreciate what it is that you have. There are many ways to please a woman other than good old slammin it up the twat, you should check out this site , which was recommended by Luvdadus, there is a lot of good advice there, as well as information on PE (although I think that the best PE infor is available right here). And yes, this shit is for real, just make sure to keep with it, and try to find the exercises that cause you to feel the most ‘burn’ (for lack of a better word).

Additionally, you should check out Bib’s LOT theory, which is kind of a diagnostic test to determine which sorts of stretches would benefit you the most. If you have any questions about LOT, feel free to PM me, and I will try to answer them to the best of my ability, as I am sure that Bib has answered enough question’s regarding his LOT theory.

Whilst hanging I got up to 15 pounds by the end of that 5 month stint. I just feel like I am banging my head against a wall. The more I try the more obsessed I get with having a larger penis and more it does not work. If anything PE provides an impermanent growth, which when you stop you certainly notice.
