Please post your BPEL when measured from the TOP AND the SIDE. IMPORTANT THREAD

After spending several hours (no exaggeration) reading thread after thread yesterday, I noticed that some people measure BPEL at the top, whereas some do it from the side.
Now this opens up a whole can of worms for me, because, well, check this out.
My stats.
BPEL - top - 7.00”
BPEL - side- 7.50”

So I gain half an inch by measuring from the side.
(Not a DLD style gain 3 inches using dodgy ruler AND photoshop, lol)

But seriously, can you guys post BOTH measurements, as I just have, to give me an insight into the differences please?

It would be greatly appreciated.

These seem to be the “main two” measuring methods, but I’m wondering if it’s just me that shows a difference between the two, or if it is the same for everyone.

The standard *used to be* measure from the top, I thought… hell, I don’t remember. Last time I measured both it was about 3/8” longer on the side I think.

Also worth noting is that most people seem to get longer bp measurements while sitting than standing or lying flat.

The most important thing to remember, if you’re into measuring actual GAINS, is to ALWAYS MEASURE THE SAME WAY, EVERY TIME.

Since this isn’t a “Big Gainers Contest” and there are no prizes for having the biggest cock here, do as Sizemeister suggests and measure the same way every time, if you have to measure at all.

BPEL top -6 1/8”
BPEL side -6 3/4”

Just in case you’re looking for a reference point .

Since there is a difference, perhaps this method is legal when one is measuring to see if a girl can hold the penis with two hands and still have glans left over :) Assuming female hands are 2.5-3.0. The edge of her hand will be at the side of the penis wouldn’t you agree? Unless she purposely positions it on top of the penis. Just pondering :)

Yep, measuring on the side will give a larger reading for everyone.

Yes I get an extra 3/8” when measuring from the side.

This was along my lines of thinking too, it works for sex too, so surely the side should be the measuring point?

I, along with some other guys, seem to have really thick/sensitive ligs which makes it impossible for me to get a BP number in the top measurement unless the ruler is offset about an inch. Here’s my numbers:

Top/Middle- 6.25
Top/Offset- 6.625
Side- 6.875

Oh Jesus, please help me get to 8 soon.
