Hi Bib and everyone,

Very interesting teory. As a logical conclusion for me as well is that various factors are involved in the penis dimensions. To find wich one to work on in any case, would be a breaktrough.

Thats why i would like to participate with my report. If you still recording everyones data, this are mines:

LOT: 7:00
Dimensions: erect ???”(now) 6,8”(start) ; Flaccid 4,13”(now) 3”(start)

Time: starting juli 02 but made several breaks (

Gains: Lenght= not appreciable now, Girht= girth growed (but has not measured, maybe 0.75”) mainly in the beginning.

EA: 10:00 (rock hard), 09:00 (normal wood)

Penis-anus distance: 5,3”

Techniques: Start= wet erect jelqing, horses (about 4 months then stoped because light ED), Currently= Penimaster

Yes, you have the abbreviations correct.

I hung while in a high backed office chair, so the rope was riding on top of the chair back. I put a piece of cut out 4” diameter PVC pipe with a groove in it on the chair back for the rope to ride on and reduce friction. But I guess you can put a towel on your shoulder for padding if you do not have a high backed chair. Also, a lot of guys are using pulleys to hit the upper angles.

If that is your picture in your avatar, I don’t think you can hang OTS anyway. Your tits will get in the way. heh. BTW, I really like that picture.

You got it right, it´s not me in the avatar. A have a number of pictures of this girl that I use during PE exercises (not for hanging, though). Regarding your LOT theory, I think 90% of the road from PE art to PE science have been crossed. Maybe there will be some small adjustments but all in all I think you hit the head on the nail (ouch). With DLDs exercises together with your discovery I think a lot of hard gainers will change to gainers or even fast gainers. Now, instead of guessing if an exercise is good for this or that, we now know beforehand the answer.

One last question; you asked for the penis-anus distance. I have 6” which seems to be a lot. Does this mean that I have more :) (or less :( ) potential for growth, or what?

That does seem like a lot, but it also belies your LOT value of 7:30. I don’t think I should speculate on the potential for gains using the P-A distance.

kegals, 4 way stretching, dld blasters, wet jelq, dry jelq, bends

When stretching at 12:00 can stretch penis 8”, but
only stretch 6” sideways and down.
While seated doing blasters down, can feel tunica stretch.
Pulling BTC feel ligs pulling.

Don’t know what all this means, but would like to know
exercise that will get me that 8”s at 12:00

Here’s something I don’t get - If a low angle LOT guy has tapped out the potential of his ligs, why would focusing on tunica lengthen his penis? Ultimately, the length of the penis is only as long as its shortest limiting factor (in this case, the ligs).

So if the ligs stop growing, how does enlarging the tunica make an erection longer?

Two different structures. Lengthening the ligs allows internal penis to come out. Tunica growth or stretching allows actual shaft growth.

Ok, here are the results. Late, yes, but here, nonetheless.

LOT : between 8-9
BPEL: 6.25
EG: 5.0
Gains : 0.25 length, .50 girth
Erection angle: High noon, baby.
PE techniques : jelqing at 80-90 percent, JAI’s and recently hanging.

I have about 7 LOT. Does this mean I should completely neglect straight down and BTC hangs in favor of upward angles from now on? Gains have been microscopic the past few months with my mostly BTC regimen.

Penis length is a comination of how long your ligs are and how much “inner” penis is pulled away from the body plus how long your cc chambers are. Of course these are covered by the tunicas, which need to stretch in order to support cc growth. I think the limiting factor you allude to only applies in a specific stretch, ie you can only stretch a certain way as far as the limiting factor allow, be it lig or tunica.

Fuel, exactly. Here’s a post I made on page 5 of this thread-

Over the 4 months, about the time DLD introduced the blasters to us all, I started concentrating on lig stretching. I assumed, blindly that my gain stagnation was due to not working the ligs, which I don’t recall ever directly concentrating on, so I went after them. I had minimal gains over the 4 month period. Over the past few weeks, I gave up on lig stretching, and decided to attack the tunica. I developed a modified A stretch using piping, and have been going all out on my tunica.

Now I read this. According to Bib, I already have long ligs (LOT at 7:00), so for more gains I should concentrate on tunica stretching. Interesting. Last four months, mostly lig stretching, minimal gains. I was putting alot of effort where the potential for gains was minimal, so that’s what I got.

Based on my last few weeks of tunica attack, I can see positive signs of length gains, but I don’t plan to measure until 4-4-04.

Based on my anecdotal evidence, Bib certainly nailed it… Amazing…

So Bib, based on your theory, for me to get future gains do downward stretching until my LOT is 6:00 the abandon it while hammering the tunica as much as possible? If so I’m stoked, as this is EXACTLY what I have settled into and it feels GREAT!”

I have gained 1/2” since abandoning downward stretching based on my low LOT and concentrating solely on tunica stretching.
