Those are just your parasympathetic nervous system doing its normal housekeeping. They don’t make me particularly horny because they are non-sexual events to me, but if they do you and you have a cooperative partner, go for it.

Oh yea. I have the most incredible throbbing hard on’s that wake me up and they take a long time to go down, even if I get up and walk around. They are way better than day time erections. Unfortunately, my wife does not tolerate me waking her in the middle of the night. If I choose to NOT beat off, I can doze in and out of sleep and continue wake up hard for hours sometimes. Actually, I love the feeling.
Occasionally I take some Cialis, and it is great for night time “sleeping wood.”

As for the poll, the question, as others already explained, is a little ridiculous. Sleeping causes erections as part of the normal physiology. It also usually means you spend a long period of time without urinating. Hence, you wake up with a boner and the need to urinate, but one does not cause the other.

Horny Bastard

I get regular morning erections but I don’t need to take a piss most of the time.
