Hey everyone. Since we have a lot of members on this site that PE, but may not have for whatever reason posted their results on this forum, well now would be a good time to do it. Quick and easy. :)

Try to post your BPEL and EG before and after measurments from 2010 and the routine you used to successfully gain, and if you want post your 2011 goals.

I think we need a few threads like this every now and again to get inspired!

Phoenix: Now here is a thread that might be considered “worthy”. You know what Howardson thinks of threads that involve whether or not this or that, skanky slut’ s hand will reach around this or that, porno star’s dick… especially when the jist of the thread devalues the loved women who sustain us. Also I know, on this thread, I will not be mis-interpreted.

Phoenix, I am very pleased with Thunder’s help in my PE journey as a newbie in 2010. Started on March 8th with BPEL of 5.9” and EG of about 4.7” and closed the year very close to cementing 6.9” for my BPEL and believe I am at 5.1 EG. I am sure I will reach 7” on my aniversary! Thanks guys for a great year for me.


Didn’t start until late 2010 (september) and wasn’t consistant until november and even then took 2 weeks of afterwards but stats are as follows

Start” Bpel: 7.5 Mseg: 5

Now” Bpel: 7.75 Mseg: 5.3/8

note: i only do girth work so that explains my poor length gains lol

Start:7.5 BPEL X 5 MSEG

Goal: 7 MSEG

I started PE in late November 2009 so you could say almost all of my gains are from 2010. :)

Started with 5.94”x4.92”, gained 1” of length and ~0.2” of girth, a bit of girth gains have been lost though.

Now my BPEL is 6.93” and my MSEG is a bit over 5”.

I tried all major PE exercises (stretching, jelqing, hanging, pumping, clamping, bending, ADS), but majority of my length gains are from stretching. The little girth I gained is probably from jelqing as main support exercise, the girth I lost is probably from short clamping experiment that lasted about a month and a half.

I started on september 9th but had to take a break for 2 weeks as I got alittle tear on my frenulum but since then I have kept up my routine.

Started 11/15/2010. My measurement before that was way lower than usual due to bad ED, so I’m posting my “typical’ measurement that I had taken earlier in the year when I thought of starting PE but never really did, as well as my technical starting measurement:

My EQ has gotten drastically better, and I’ve gained between .25 and .5 inches in NBP length, and a bit of girth. I stretch, jelq, edge a ton, and pump kinda infrequently. For 2011 I’d like to hit a solid 8”BPEL, and lose enough wait to get my NBPEL over 7”. If I start clamping or something else I’d like to get my girth up as much as possible(maybe to 5.5” over the year?) but if I just stick with what I’ve done I’m hoping for 5.25.” Thankfully my dick is pretty wide, so it doesn’t look as thin as it is.

Current: Flaccid 4x4 NBPEL 6.5 BPEL 7.5 EG 5-5.25

Goal: Flaccid 6x5 NBPEL 8 BPEL 8.5 EG 6

I only gained close to half an inch in length in 2010 and did everything except pumping.

Between February 2010 and December 2010 I had a 0.25” gain in length and no gains in girth.

I personal messaged the guy and he gave me the following answer. Obviously it’s easy to see how he gained so well wearing a cock ring so often and doing that extreme uli type exercise. Great gains :)

I will get a full erection, then clamp it off completely with a water clamp ensuring that I push the clamp as far back into my body while tightening the clamp. Then I grab the clamp with both my hands and pull it away from my body. This force over engorgement. I can only do this for about 7 min.
