Thanks to Steelbender and upto7 for your interest in my routine; you may wish you hadn’t asked. I am 34 yrs old, and my journey actually started about 7 years ago when I was about 5 3/4in. In length, and I thought (naively so) I was somewhat unique in the belief that there had to be some way to increase my size. I was a newbie to the internet, so I was thrilled to find a cheap pump in a porn shack and proceeded to use it with the greatest of gusto. I wish I had measured my girth then, but I was happy enough with that aspect of my unit that I didn’t bother. Now I’m left to wonder. Oh well! After heavy usage of the pump for some time I finally got to just about 6 1/4 in, but completely bottomed out, and after a while, gave up. I shrunk down to pretty much exactly 6in and stayed there until June of last year (09), when I started my new routine. So here it is. I use an extender , but I won’t mention the brand for fear that this will sound like an ad, and for the fact that I can’t imagine there is much difference between the bulk of them. I will say, however, that the one I use can be attached by either a strap or a noose. Forget about noose!! At first I tried to strap in with the thing fully assembled, but quickly found this just wasn’t going work, because even when I could hook up, I just wasn’t getting enough tension. After some finagling, I realized that hooking up in stages was the only way to go. Trial and error, trial and error. I will spare you all of the incarnations of this process and just tell you how I do it now. First, I warm my dick up with a hot rice sock (I’ve seen other people mention this, it’s funny how an idea you think is all your own has been discovered by others) for about thirty minutes. Next, I take a strip of 4in wide ace bandage (not tape) that I folded over twice to make it 1 in thick and ironed to make flat (an iron will melt the elastic in the bandage if you aren’t fast), and wrap it around my cock just under the head. Then I take a 6x1in wide rubber tourniquet folded over to 1/2 inch wide and make one turn around my cock over the bandage. Then using a kegel flex and a milking motion, I completely engorge my head and finish wrapping with the tourniquet, using just enough pressure to keep my head fully engorged. After the wrap is complete, I take a rubber band and place it over the tourniquet just to hold everything in place. I apply absolutely zero pressure with the rubber band. Next, I take the base of the extender with approx. Half of the rods I will be using attached and slide it over my dick. I then attach the top of the apparatus to my cock directly over the wrap using the comfort strap. THE NEXT STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT! I have fashioned two “clips” by cutting 2in lengths out of a clothes hanger with wire cutters and bent them in half to make them about 1in long. I cinch down the strap as tightly as I can without experiencing pain and then slide these clips over the strap to prevent it from slipping. These clips should be very snug as they slide over the strap or they will do no good. I then take the remaining rods I am going to use, slide them into the “headpiece”, stretch out my penis, and screw them into the rods already attached to the base. As a rookie I couldn’t handle too much tension for very long sessions, so I would use about half of the spring tension (about 1000 grams in this case) for as long as I could. My goal was usually to go for about an hour, 3-4Xs a day, but of course this was not always possible, and I would take day or two of rest every 4-5 days. Ultimately, my dick got much stronger and I increased to max spring tension for the same amount of time. At about the 6 month mark I decided to completely go past the spring tension and attach the headpiece after I had stretched my penis as far as my strength would allow. Conditioning, conditioning, conditioning. I now stretch with tension that few hangers probably achieve, and it is a constant pressure that I can apply at all angles throughout my session. I no longer adjust the screws at the base to increase length. When my head is reaching enough beyond the edge of the unit, I simply add another 1/2 in rod. It takes some serious time to get to this point, but it is so worth it. Most days now I only do 1-2 sessions per day at about 1-1 1/2 hrs each, and I am experiencing the best growth of my “career”. Some days, like today, I’ll get 4-5 total hours in (just finished a 2 hr session), but for the most part I total 1-2 1/2 hrs a day. After stretching, and sometimes during, I will reapply the hot rice sock. Rest is important, as I get my best measurements after a couple days off. Other than taking arginine, this is my whole routine. I would like note that my mid-shaft girth has stayed consistent throughout this process and my base girth has actually increased by 1/4 in, so if you’re worried about stretching yourself thin, this was not the case with me.
