I would like to see how much interest there is in planning some type of large scale get together THIS summer. This is mostly for US based members most likely. However, maybe there could be some sort of “funding” if you want to come and are international.

I suppose if you request a certain date range why not give a shout out and say when? Also, if you are geographically limited why not suggest a certain area such as west coast, midwest, south, etc.

You can always say how far nearby is remember. Is it a 1hr drive, 2hr drive, 8hr drive, etc.

OK, if it was within a 10 hour drive from me, I would be willing to attend. Providing I had the funds to do so. The rest of this summer is out unless the party is at my house.
Summer is the best time for me to travel anywhere unless I’m going to see my grandchildren.

Guys and gals,
After discussing this with Renegade403, we have decided to host the first annual Thunder’s party. :dance:
The date is up for grabs actually, I was thinking late July and yes that is approaching rapidly, or very early August. As in July 28 to August 1 or the 4th of August to the 7th. I go back to work on the 8th of August.
The kicker is that the closest hotel is 32 miles in either direction, Grants has several as does Gallup. If we get into August we will conflict with the international Indian Intertribal Cermonial, which is cool, but there is no rooms available. I do have a 4 bedroom house and a half acre, so bring campers, bring tents whatever.
If you are interested, let me know please, so I can get the house clean :o . If enough people show interest I can give you directions and what not through a pm.
