Bro, I fricken used this thing so hard on my penis once that blood actually squirted out of the head through a pinprick hole there was so much pressure, and once again on mid shaft when I was clamping it with an almost death like grip, squirted out in a thin stream of blood. But I was purposely killing it.
The pressure you can get with this is so amazing with absolute minimal force. It’s hard to even injure yourself IMO with proper care and common freakin’ sense.
My routine so far is: I don’t warm up really, I just find a place to sit, pull my dick out while it’s absolutely flaccid, take the device (Oh yeah, by the way: I don’t even use any lube; I prefer it dry, since I use my size genetics device immediately afterward - I bought two size genetics devices, for further extension past 10 inches), and I place this device about lower than mid-shaft. I have foreskin so I don’t want to get what is known as a turkey neck. Then I just squeeze the device, push it against my pubes, and then kind of clamp it, hold it, and ever so slowly pull the device upwards to my face, not outwards.W
hen I get to the head, I just watch it fatten up and hold it there for a while. This is when I am holding the device straight out ward now. Then Kegel on my way back to the pubes for the next rep, you will time your own Kegels according to how you feel the device works for you. And repeat for a few minutes and you will see your penis gradually thickening up with blood. But yet behind the rollers you will see your penis is still thin, and ahead of them is so fat like it’s in full erection. Then I use a light grip and just jelq it straight outwards slowly feeling the motions and not squeezing hard,
I never noticed any results at first when I was trying to get a killer grip and in four months this led nowhere. So always use a light grip and try to understand that when you use a light to slightly moderate grip, it is at it’s most effective. If you start to get like a full-blown erection going on, and can feel the blood “slipping” out of the rollers and not getting a nice thick pull out of it, just clamp it at the base and Kegel blood into the bottom chamber and hold it for a while pulling up slowly, and holding.
This is very good if your bound to get erections throughout this exercise. And basically this is all I do with it, among other things but this is my main exercise. Most effective I think, I don’t like starting exercises when I’m semi tumescent. I like to start off 100% flaccid. I kind of think this will stretch out the tissues easier and stuff. I don’t know, it’s not proven or anything, just my personal preference.
Only sometimes if I’m strapped for time or just want to use this thing just cause it’s fun I will start when I’m semi-tumescent. Either way I honestly believe it doesn’t matter but whatever. When I’m having a near full blown erection I like to clamp it at the base and then just hold it till it kinda goes away a tiny bit and then use the extra ‘give’ from the penis tissues that aren’t so blown up, bobbing it up and down as if I’m jacking off with this device on.
To get that extra stretching effect while clamping with it. Then when the erection is jelq-able I like to continue with my reps jelqing, then if it comes back to near full erection, repeat the clamp and bobbing. Usually I don’t warm down, I’ll just balloon and all the time it’s hard to get a full erection because the penis is fatigued. But I still work it all the way up to a full erection, sometimes it takes quite a bit of time to achieve this. Then I’m pretty much done.
That’s it. That’s all, I guess. This device is so much fun to use, man. It’s amazing.
I don’t know… I personally wouldn’t buy a penis extender, just invest in this thing.
My mistake was I bought the extender first and wasn’t satisfied with it very much. This thing is totally worth the hundred bucks.
