I eat everything on that list daily, except for the shrimp. Pomegranate juice is the newest item I have added and it is quite expensive, but quite good.

This is good to know especially since I eat oatmeal with blueberries on a regular basis. I just need to figure out how to add these other foods into my diet.

Oatmeal and honey is the best thing for breakfast. I didn’t know it increased your testosterone levels, but it does seem to help with building muscle, so maybe that makes some sense.

I thought perhaps I should mention that the primary reason I have for including these foods into my diet is for heart health, so it just proves that what’s good for the ticker is also good for the pecker. :)

Sounds like a great list. I comsume those except Blueberries have not got onto that train just yet but I am very long on oatmeal and it has been oatmeal that has made murderous gym sessions possible. As for Pomegranate Juice, I am still trying to find a decent supplier here in the UK however I normally hang well even after a day otr two of drinking it.
