Proper Jelqing
I have been dry jelqing for a few months now and I have been working more towards girth. From what I have read it seems that jelqing and a higher erection level promotes more girth than length gains. I noticed though that after a PE session I would have a lot of bruising and my shaft skin would feel thick and ballooned. The gains didn’t feel as concrete. I just started to jelq at a lower erection level last week and have noticed less bruising and more muscle size and less skin inflation after a PE session though my gains are less because of the lack of skin inflation. Does anyone know which way of jelqing is better? Has anyone had a similar experience? I just want to make sure I’m on the right track because my gains have plateaued recently and I’m a bit frustrated.
