Yeah man, Listen to UberGoober I would suggest. 50g of protein is a lot. If you are serious about your protein intake, lower it to a MAX of 40g and have that twice a day, with water. Not milk. Opposed to 50g in one session. After a session at the gym, it is only recommended that one takes in 40g for an average metabolism. Otherwise your body won’t break all of it down and your farts turn from that putrid stench that put your dog to shame, to a gas that will melt through metal. But, sweet idea.
