Pumping+Clamping+Jelquing

Does anyone incorporate these 3 pe methods in their routine? If so, please go into detail with time spent on each, how many days on/off, etc. Thanks much.

Wow, I think if I did that my dick would explode. Although I will be doing two of the three shortly (Clamping+Jelqing).

Use in moderation. Don’t do full jelqing routines, full clamping, and full pumping all at the same time. You need to spread them out if anyting.

I’m not really sure how you’d perform all of these at the same time… but if anybody has, we need pictures!

I do all these, but in moderation, and dont do all of them for every single session. I bow to the Veterans to give you the best advice.

OK I’ve read there are different ways to clamp your penis. Cable clamps and different wraps. They are all essentially doing the same thing. Leave on no longer than 10 minutes, not too tight. Just enough to keep it engorged and able to kegel blood into it.

What is the best device to clamp your penis? Any tips?

I used the same one that BrianRex uses, you can get it on and off quickly.

I just bought a CableCuff (comparable to the CableClamp brand used by BrianRex) at my local Home Depot. Works pretty well.
